with green chile sour cream sauce + corn tortillas + jack cheese
(DF option: green chile braised chicken breast + crispy tortilla strips)
sautéed spinach + pumpkin seeds
avocado + tomato salad + red onion + lime

chopped kale salad + apple + roasted sweet potatoes + sherry vinaigrette
